Wintry Night Sky (10/3/2012)
Night sky, why don't I hear your call?
Your mind has wandered, oh so far
Forgetting warmth which used to be within your grasp
For every chance I have brought to myself
To be wrapped in your warmth, the lull of heart
For I have been quite far from it
The night sky has a fallen star
A star burning to be seen
You would have spoken your mind
Though your mind is lost, oh so far
A tight tension, knots within war
A fight to decide one or another
Night sky, if I seek you for all
Then why must all come to an end
And all must only be a word to speak?
My eyes, a glass reflection, a mirror to yours
There's only one night sky out there
The stars are quite plentiful
Like the happiness I saw within your blue
Surrounding the black, the white, the stars
I've only seen one night sky like your eyes
As the sun is your heart holding light around your tears
May your heart cry onto mine, as mine will absorb your tears
To clear your night sky, the eyes I see from mine
I've only been laying on the ground
For as long as my eyes have been wondering
Where my night sky has been wandering
Like the slightest itch
My eyes give way to look another way
They look around, the black, the blue, the white night sky stars
Like crisp calls of the wintry crow
Such contrast against colorful trees
Auroras dance, gleaming off the starry tears of the skies
To the white blankets nursing the sleeping trees below
My breath puffs, to be seen by my eyes in the air
For every night, I await those stars
As my eyes wonder where you are
Time is as to tears for the time I await
To see and hear the calls of the night sky
A mirror to mine, your eyes are the stars
For you are my home, my night sky
Your mind has wandered, oh so far
Forgetting warmth which used to be within your grasp
For every chance I have brought to myself
To be wrapped in your warmth, the lull of heart
For I have been quite far from it
